YOGA for Every "Body"

This class will concentrate on strength, balance, flexibility and mindful peace. All of the postures can be modified for your body. This is a good class to take if you want to learn what Yoga is all about. Breathing techniques, relaxation, and physical challenges are all a big part of this program. A certified instructor will teach this 8-week class.
Participants should bring a mat and water bottle.
