This circuit style workout combines the cardio benefit of jumping rope, strength training and core stabilization training with a stability ball to create a total-body training experience. Learn new movements and sequences that will keep your workouts fun and challenging.
This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and a non-jump rope modification will be provided if needed.
