These classes are fun and full of imagination, cultivating compassion and kindness. The classes will increase creativity and confidence, the ability to stay in the present moment with full awareness, increase focus, learn how to stay grounded and centered, tapping into peace, strength, inner power and flexibility. We will explore movement and stillness to cultivate mindfulness, balance and calm. We will use breathing visualization to soothe and restore the connection between body, mind and spirit.
