This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. Your PiYo certified instructor will intersperse exhilarating boxing and kickboxing combinations, and then mix them with fat-blasting cardio and bodyweight moves to help you zero in on stubborn belly fat and carve all over definition.
