This class is a great way to shed pounds, tone up, gain muscle and condition the cardio vascular system. These classes are good for heart health and will include activities like squatting, shifting your weight from side to side, performing upper cuts and dipping down into lunges. These classes also help to reduce stress. Water bottle recommended.
