Family Yoga

This class will use stories to weave Yoga postures together in a fun and supportive way. Family Yoga is a safe and fun way to bond and grow while helping you and your little one with self-empowerment, self-confidence, positive attitude, mindfulness and focus, self-calming abilities, empathy, brain-body coordination, and much more. Please bring a mat and water bottle.

*The cost for a caretaker and one child is $90.00. Siblings are welcome to come to class for a discounted rate of $40.00.
