Me and You Yoga

These classes will have a combination of Yoga flows for the adults, and use songs and movements to include your little one. The Me and You Yoga class helps you bond with your little one, while you get back into, or start a new Yoga practice. This is also a great opportunity for new parents to meet each other. Please bring a mat and water bottle.

*The cost for a caretaker and one child is $90.00. Siblings are welcome to come to class for a discounted rate of $40.00.
