Feel Better Fitness – LAST CALL BEFORE FALL! Last call before fall! Feel Better Fitness classes will run for four additional weeks before we break for the summer.  You’re likely to see lots of familiar faces in each session, but don’t let that stop you if you haven’t taken a class before. The small group size and pace are just right for individual attention as needed; the environment is safe and friendly. And, we have fun! Classes are part discussion and part movement and are designed around the needs and abilities of the over-55 demographic. NASM-certified Senior Fitness Specialist Martha Ruch will coach you through gentle stretching and mobility movements; balance practice; resistance and strength training using elastic bands, light kettlebells and dumbbells; and general health and nutrition information. All exercises may be modified based on participants’ individual abilities. Chairs are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.  The Upcoming Session will run on the following Tuesdays: May 28, June 4, 11 and 18. Classes are 55 minutes. Sign up for morning (10 am) or afternoon (4 pm). The cost for the 4-week program (4 classes) is $50.
